One of my cv joints has gone, but i'm trying to figure out which one it is...
Is there any techniques to find out exactly which one has gone
I can hear the noise but its hard to tell where its coming from on the drivers seat, it sounds mainly like the right one, but i was told its the left one....
Thanx

Put the car in neutral. Get under the car with your visegrips in your hand and the wheels on the ground. Grab each drive shaft in turn and see if theres any play on them when you jiggle the grips back and forth. If there is then the cv joint needs replacing.
