It's not down. As you can see from the output below, there is no delegation of authority for this domain by either of the nameservers responsible for the org. TLD. The domain doesn't expire until August 2005, so I don't think that's the issue. Perhaps Shane didn't renew it in time, and it expired, and then he did renew it, and it hasn't quite come back to life yet.
A quick check confirmed that the site is indeed still up and available; it's just the nameservers that are borked.
