OK ok... It was time to stop hi-jacking Troyboy's thread and start up another one. (hijacking threads is bad mmmmmkay!  )
So anyway! Because it's such a long time since i've done an old pac run, and because 19th October is such a long time away, there will be a cruise up the old pac this saturday night for anyone who's interested. Of course this doesn't mean that you can't go on both (as i totally intend to  )
So - details at the moment are as follows:
Where: Thornleigh maccas. Depending on the DHF (dickhead factor) at maccas, this may be moved to the servo just a bit further up the road (Caltex i think).
When: 11:00pm
Depart: 11:30 at the latest
Anything else? Make sure you all bring your UHFs if you have them, and most importantly... Drive safe!! I don't want to see anyone damage their pride and joy ok??
So let's see a show of hands people!

i've also posted about this cruise in TWINCAM16 forums if thats cool dude? just wanted to get a couple of those guys to come along (only a couple, no more than 3 id say.. if they even come).
hope to see some good wholeseom SAFE fun!!
P.S. if u wanna seat ben, i've got one... gf is too scared of the old pac

yeah, that's groovy dude.
Smallish groups are best for old pac at night, but i don't think this will get too big.  I've been up there one saturday night with up to around 50 cars, and that looks just a little bit sus on the drive up!

 Definitely too slow! Especially when you're being held up by slow drivers in fast cars - and slower drivers in slow cars!!

that means you would have to join the old road at brooklyn and your the missing the best bit !!! the best bit is cowan-brooklyn fast but very twisty and more road to use as well,
also you have that huge gravel area where the old toll gates were but tends to be truckies parked there over night and you wouldn't want to piss them off,
also don't worry about cops near berowra they are never down here maybe once a month since the closed the berowra cop shop down so the nearest is hornsby
anyway have fun and see you all on the 19th october run

Just got home from our nite out on Old Pac.
Was okay i guess.
Bit slow thru old pac this time round.
Man i feel so tired. Should have left earlier 
The runs were prob the highlight of the nite.
Oh well off to sleep.

Got home and crawled into bed at about 4 this morning.. definitely had not been expecting to see so many cars up there last night, and it was fun to watch for a while but wouldn't have been too wise to stick around much longer...
it was a nice fang through the windy stuff on the way back, but my brakes were starting to fade a fair bit, so i decided to get back onto the freeway..

Twas an alright night... I wanna know what sorta hp figures that R33 had at the treads... I can't believe how many cars just kept on coming...
What happened after I left at the Shell servo???
MaNGeW, Bit slow thru old pac this time round??? I think that it was fast enough for you... Your car looked as though it was ready to tip over...

Indeed it suffers from a heaps of body roll. WHat u expect with stock standard suspension
Yeh i could do with some lowered firmer springs and shocks. Nothing much happened after Shell servo. Lucid done some g-tech runs. We all left soon after. Some via freeway, Lucid & I went back via old pac.
