Generally most auto->manual conversion are pretty similar (do a serach).

You have a 7m-gte right, well you can get a bellhousing to fit a W55, W57, W58 series box and the flywheel etc, or you could get a R154 gearbox and related flywheel/clutch parts (R154 was the gearbox that toyota put behind manual 7m-gte's).

W5X gearboxes are around the 300-400 mark, R154's are around the 1000-1200 mark?

Clutch pedal and master cly, prbly find a MA70 one will fit (not 100% sure, but I'd be surprised given how much they share if it didnt fit). Slave obviously depends on which gearbox you want.

Clutch line, I bent one up to fit for my conversion.

Flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and spigot bearing are also needed.

You will need to lengthen your tailshaft, or again a manual MA70 (with R154) shaft might fit, tho prbly easier just to get urs lengthened.

Also gearbox crossmember and mount (again prbly ex MA70).

I think that if you had a MA70 donor car almost everything would fit.

Cheers
Wilbo

cheers thanks for that . the r154 gearbox is pretty expensive . compared to the w5x type. Whats the difference ? is the r154 stronger or something ?

Toyota put the R154 gearbox behind its more powerful engines instead of the W5X, so in there opinion at least they must have thought it stronger. (the gearbox is slightly larger, and one would imagine stronger).
