Is there any hope in hell modding mid 90's Camry/Lexus front wheel drive to real wheel configuration?
And using a doner car and front-cut for all mech if in deed this is at all possible or actually do-able??
Can it be done?

With lots of money, anything is possible. But for the same amount of money you might as well buy a RWD to start with.

Go buy a Chaser if you can find one. FWD to RWD would cost a fortune and your project would no doubt stall and become a garden ornament. The structure of a FWD car does not lend itself to having the power transmitted to the road from the rear of the car, all the strength is in the front.

yeah..you would find it cheaper to find an LS400, which is already RWD, and also comes out with the 1UZ-FE..so its RWD and a V8, and then finding a W5* g/box i think it is, and bolting that up, with the appropriate bellhousing and wow..
also..TRD, i am pretty sure make a supercharger kit for this engine, and possibly a turbo kit..even more power from once what was a luxery car

isnt there a camry in newcastle running a 350 in RWD setup. I think it was done by an engineer for his wife and it uses a subframe with a camry over the top. not an easy job.

Some people have used all the gear from a Celica GT-4 and made a Camry 4wd with 3S-GTE engine. That is a more realistic option. The engine and everything will just bolt in, and you only have to swap in the GT-4 rear stuts and diff and everything. Still alot of work welding and cutting, but people have done it. (Or fit all of the above to a Corolla).
It would still be better to just buy a Celica GT-4. You could get a ST165 for about $9500 if you can find one.

That would be because the Crown has a seperate chassis to the body I guess, which makes that possiable. Almost like putting a Kingswood on a Landruiser chassis.

I had an sv30 before some drunk decided that his side of the road wasn't good enough and sent it to the big breakers in the sky. Theres no way i'd even consider converting to rear wheel drive. Their pretty flimsey at the back.
