I have a datsun 1200 ute with sprinter running gear.
4age t50 5 speed, sprinter diff.
Car weighs about 700kg
It goes well.
I have twin side draft Dellortos (like webers) from a 2 litre alfa.
Go to datsun 1200 site (just search google it usually comes up first)
Search for Normo and have a look at my pics.
A couple of guys passed me in a 2 litre nubira. I caught them. They pulled over and said
"shit we were doin 180 when you caught us". Don't pick on me fellas.
It was a once only.
The 1200 ute is a good investment. Look after them and they increase in value. Mine was built in 1972.
I'm lookin at an Mr2 at the moment. I am gettin older and like the comfort.
