there is a law against reomoving an air bag stearing wheel for a reason
thos i think they could have survivedand not be to messed up ive seen worse
but hitting the back a truck at 100km per hour i would have expected more damage
but yeah wot speed would they have been doing if they hit the truck at 100km because remember they prob would have hit the anchors hard and would have been machine breaking too cos u cant see the pin on the tacho so they must have been breaking hard and for a while
|
I don't think they braked at all.
Even the best ABS would still leave skids on the road at those speeds. Plus it's too "neatly" rammed up the arse of the truck. Must have been asleep or something. Plus is it just me or does the truck look like it's parked and wasn't going?

Thats the standard airbag Momo Wheel, and that car looks like the Osmans Freddo (1 or 2) WRX, thats fucked, not much of that car would be insured for its full value...
What a fuckstick...some people just cant drive...and look its manual!!!

he bought that smashed and repaired it. from the first accident they wouldnt have reset the airbag sensor and therefore i the next impact, ie, this one, it woudnt deploy
its very common that with smashed and repaired cars they rarely change the airbag sensor and get it reset as the original one would have blown on impact... what they do instead is take the air bag light out and people rarely notice it cause you cant see a light thats not there, but if you leave the light in thern the air bag light remains on all the time (basically telling you there is a problem with the sensor)

Okies, time to clear up a few loose ends...
The steering wheel is an air bag wheel... You can see that from the embedded groove across it...
It was an OSMANS car, but clearly not anymore...
The driver fell asleep at the wheel and veered off the road into the back of the truck which was parked... Both the driver and the truckie came out unhurt which was amazing...
And the accident happened about two months ago if not a bit more...
