open the pic in a picture program ie. microsoft photo editor. and click on resize, set units to pixels and then resize to 160 or whateva it is

i got into attributes,but changing the size cutting it down didnt seem to fix the pixels and when i got into the pixels bit while it got rid of half the picture it didnt change the 20700 pixels at all...arggh [Report message to a moderator]
