Advertising again, 18rg with twin 44 solexes, polished rocker cover, fresh alternator, apart from an engine fan its a drop in and go. $400 firm
Also 18rg in pieces minus block, pistons and oil pump, no carbys.
Just want it out of my shed, $50

I'm interested, particularly in the first one, but also in the second one.
What are the head numbers of the engines.
And are you sure the carbies are 44mm at the butterfly or are they 44mm at the air filter end (40mm at the butterfly).
How does the complete one run?
AS I said, I am quite interested.

The numbers on both engines are 11111-88270. I know the one in bits is a geu head. What is the difference in numbers on the heads?
Im not too sure bout the choke sizing, i know they are 44's coz ive had a pair of 40's and these are not the same, as far as i know all the 18rg's were brought out with 44's. The complete engine ran beautiful and im not just saying that. It blew no smoke and didnt breathe, had no tappet noise and it pulled really well.

Still interested, but now insterested in both engines.
All 18rg engines came out with 40mm solexes, but there are about three different models, they all look diferent.
I am intertested to come and have a look at them.
I may call you today (Saturday).
