some heating with an oxy torch would be an idea, the loctite that u use for a flywheel needs heating to get loose
if not, then try shocking the bolts with a hammer
disclaimer: i take no responsibility if u fuck up using these ideas

yeah I just pick the engine up with the rotation when I use the breaker
I have an impact driver here that you hit with the hammer.. would that work?

Yep, it should.
Keep persisting, sometimes it just takes a while

rob - get ed around
as per my previous post... 1 socket piece, 1 ratchet, 1 Ed, and my crank pulley came clean off.
give him a small breaker bar and the fly wheel should be no problem

Use some chain to bolt the flywheel from the pressure plate bolt hole to the bellhousing bolthole.
Once the slack is taken up, the flywheel stops turning. All torque is now applied directly to the flywheel bolts. Off they come.

Also get someone to stop the motor from lifting.
Or, hit the breaker bar with a hammer, but hit downwards.
Flywheel bolts are easy compared to a crank bolt.

Either borrow a really good rattle gun and bump up your compressor pressure to between 100-110psi, thats usual what tools like to run at. Heat up your flywheel bolts, and if you still need to use a breaker bar, get a really fat person to sit on top of the motor.

brain not working , if he chucked a braker bar on it and hit he key would that tighten or loosen
at my work they had to do a timing belt on a CRX {old skool} and we couldnt get the flywheel bolt off, we called honda and they said they have a 1 INCH rattle gun for that, thats the same size they use to do up the V8 supercar wheel nuts

If you're still trying, I use this method when without rattle guns:
1: You'll need, flywheel socket, breaker bar, long heavy screwdriver or similar, bellhousing bolt.
2: Install the bellhousing bolt on the LHS of the engine and stand/lie on that side too.
3: Place the breaker bar with socket on the flywheel bolt.
4: Place the screwdriver under the bellhousing bolt with the head resting on the socket.
5: gripping both firmly, start applying pressure to the breaker bar until the bolt starts to undo - done!
This method moves the point of rotation from the centre of the crankshaft to the centre of the flywheel bolt you are trying to undo, I've used it relentlessly on flywheel bolts of all types, including items installed with Loctite without a problem. You'll need arm and back strength to undo some bolts, but a big hairy bastard will often help you out for the offer of a beer if you can't do it yourself?!

Ed is such a massif dong....
My 4ag flywheel has these nice holes around halfway long the radius which allowed me to put a long screwdriver through there and into the "wings" on the back end of the motor.
Get friend to stand on motor or hold it.... and CRACK!

you guys are complete champions!
ok.. well I didn't do the whole chain thing, but I was sitting there taking off my hubs and I saw my crank bolt and I thought... hmmmm why didn't I think of that...
so I got my old bent breaker and wedged it on some suspension stuff and she came off brilliantly
just about the right pressure in the right place I guess
I am bookmarking this thread too btw thanks

I really doubt that you would need a 1 inch rattle gun for your application. Considering i have taken of 1g flywheel bolts on a motor that was sitting on tyre on a palet and about 8ft of the ground on a pallet rack, i did all this with a 3/8 drive socket wrench whilst standing on a ladder. GET THE MUSCLES WORKING.
