They're called the SG Drifters for those who haven't heard of them before, and they rock.

Bigish download, but SO worth the wait.

P.S. Check the out-house - this is what inspired my rebuild.

There's 2 ways. You can buy a regular rc car and mod it with propper coilovers, lower it so it has between 1-5mm ground clearance, and relocate as much weight as you can to the front.
Or you can buy one of the purpose built drift rc cars from someone like Yokomo. Look 'em up - they rock! All kinds of kickass shells you can get for them too - like the cool little AE86 you see fanging around in the clip.
There are links to more rc drift vids here:

Heh I saw this ages ago (my dad showed me)
I own a yokomo drift kit AE86 painted the same as my real 86. They drift pretty damn sweet, problem is finding a nice smooth area, as like real drift cars they don't have a hell of a lot of suspension travel.
Spanktown: problem with nitro RC cars for drift is the power isnt as linear because of the clutch/tuning etc.
By the way the nitro buggy you sold me is going sweet, Ive already broken so much stuff on it

Spanktown: yeah I repainted it using left over paint from the drift car and old stickers I had lying around, put some mesh style wheels on it too, looks nice now.
It went pretty damn hard on 16% nitro, then I switched to 15% and havent got it tuned properly yet. Its alot more tail happy than other buggys I used, good fun

yer, nitro rc cars are hard to drift in - too much power
then revs kick up so fast you end up spinning out.
Draven, I need your camera - I wanna record a vid of my mini-baby goin' off in the underground carpark
