Nice car, dodgy cage and definitely not an 84 model. More likely 80-82.
If you seriously wanted one its better to get one from NZ and build it yourself.

Jamie's car is legend, although I hear there is a 20v turbo in its future so not likely to be for sale.
Try the two on this page though (scroll down, the silver one and the red one).
Both around the NZ$10,000 mark.

Oh the red one is pretty cool. Hes done some tasty custom work to the roof and made it so the spoiler has more air flowing around it. Saw it at a club event, have a picture on my PC.

Off Bill Sherwood - I believe he's only one of about four KP61 owners here in Australia ...
Yeah ... they're RWD otherwise they couldn't hold a drift like this:

Just import one from NZ. Not sure the legalities of getting on the road over there but well outside the 15 year old limit and were never sold in Aussie.

Try a few of the NZ fibreglass places. There are definitely hatches and guards, possibly doors available. Or consider getting moulds made off your own parts, hopefully you can bog them up enough to get decent moulds off.
Sorry haven't got any specific links for you, haven't got to sourcing panels for mine yet.
