The diesel one is from 1C and it's exactly the same as 2s one.

The C series bellhousing also has the starter motor snout on the RHs of the bellhousing, away from the exhaust manifold!

Does the 1C bell put the motor upright? I heard that 3Y/4Y bells fitted on to 3SGTE's if you moved one of the bell houing bolts 20mm. This bell also puts the motor upright apparently. Just trying to track one down.

Perhaps these are the starting point for the bell housings ppl bring in from across the tasman?

What he said below Very Happy
I have both bellhousings and have tried them on all gen turbo blocks, and they both make the engine sit on an angle compared to the gearbox.

I've seen both and used them, though I did also use a non turbo block for the mounting positions?
