GZE Sensor on the back of Inlet Manifold Fri, 27 August 2004 09:08 Go to next message
Does anyone know what this sensor is? Its located on the back of the inlet manifold, near where the throttle bolts on. Post supercharger though.

Somewhere along the line the one on mine has gotten cracked, and im not sure how. Nor am i sure even what it does.

Cheers

Ah ok, and im guessing a damaged one would fluctuate readings quite badly?

EDIT: Im guessing it probably wouldnt be causing symptoms like not being able to set timing, and the MAP sensor hunting for vacuum. I think i also have a vac leak somewhere in there, and am going to try and find that tomorrow.
