I can't imagine how they do this. I want to try to get this done as I don't like how my wagon rides with the lowering blocks.
I called a few places here but they say they can only dearch my leafs.
Can someone please explain how to reverse the eyelet of the leafs? TIA for any help.

They are a custom made spring, not modified old ones, and their use is simply to lower the vehicle.
