Chasing an 18R head from an RA28 or similar pre-pollution 18R powered car (maybe RA23). I have an RA28 carby & manifold, but after I bought and fitted the thing I realised that it only sorta covers one of the holes in the head.
Basically need the head from a car with no pollution gear on it as these only have the 4 holes for the inlet runners, nothing else. Know an RA28 one will be right, RA23 will probably be also. RA40's and later have pollution gear so they will be no good to me. An early RT104 one will probably do also.. happy to come and check it out if in Brisbane.
Normally people throw away 18RC's but I'll give you a carton of bear for the cylinder head if it's the one I'm after and it's not fucked. Don't even need the bits & pieces, just the head itself really!
This is the hole I'm talking about.. I need one without this... everyone keeps telling me there's no such thing but I reckon there is because I saw one on an RA28 today!
