I'm not trying to prevent a sale here, but
you could also get a 22R-E Throttle body and stick that on, TPS and all if it is a four pin loom, they bolt straight on, and the TPS may be the same as an 18RGEU one.

If it is a three pin loom, you may be able to use a 5M-E throttle body (much bigger inlet) with a little creative accellerator cable work.
