H4 Wiring Pinouts

Alright, just a quicky.
I cant find anything on Google on the H4 wiring pinouts, lots on how to wire up a H4 globe, but not much on the actual pinouts.
So looking at the back i woudl categorise the "pins" as Left, Top and Right.
Which is which, i know its like Ground, High (12v) and Low (12v). But which one is which.

It can't be hard to work it out using a 12v power source
And if you do somehow damage the globe... they're cheap to replace!
