DAM! I was wondering why my car didn't seem to have as much power as it used to! check out these pics of my intake pipe! it's the pipe that connects to the turbo from the AFM. (7M-GTE)
It was solid hard plastic! not rubber anymore! and very brittle. Just look at the size of those mutha cracks! i'm lucky i didn't detonate the shit out of engine with all that extra unmetered air.
After putting my new intake pipe in(wich should of been an easy job), i relized my oil guage wasn't working. I had a look and i managed to discconect it without knowing.
So #%*#%*%#~! had to take all the piping/AFM etc off again just to get my arm into a position to reach the oil guage plug and hook it back up, i should send a picture of my hand, it's knackered bad!
fortunatly my car feels FAST again! very pleased with that.
Yeah i was getting a miss every now and again on idle and alot of popping from the exuast after the car was running for awhile. It's completly gone now. I put it down to leads or ignition
