I'm a bit confused - anyone got some tips on what mounts to use to put a 1G into an RA65?

With all the 1G into RAxx conversions done by members of this board, I'm suprised at the lack of thread activity 
As far as I know, Nark used soem sort of Hilux mounts. From an RA40 guide (Rob or Darren) I believe stock 1G steel middle mounts fit, but are much too high (and perhaps don't sit far back enough)?
I realise I will have to get somethign modded, that's not a problem - just want to know what is the best basis to start from.

That's why there is silence.. there is no mount. It is custom made.. whatever you use it has to be modified so either start from scratch or go looking!

I think I just don't know how to ask the right question. Lots of people have done this before, I know it has to be custom, but there's no point reinventing the wheel if others know what to start from.
