MS112 diff into KE70?? Fri, 03 September 2004 03:39 Go to next message
I've heard about this conversion, but cant seem to find any info on it.
Just wanting to know how it is done. Can I do it at home or would I need to take it to a mechanic/diff place??
How much custom work is needed??
Also what prices would I be looking at for the diff and LSD centre for it??

The other plan was for a 'T' series diff from a T-18 and put and lsd in that.
How hard is it to put a 'T' series diff into the KE70??

Thanks

Most diff conversions require the suspension mounting points to be cut off, and new ones welded on. Definitely not a job for the backyard mechanic!

The T18 diff into KE70 swap is apparently a bolt-in job though. Do a search, this has been covered lots and LOTS of times.
