Never, ever, buy a car with rust in it. There shouuld be plenty of cars to choose from in this price bracket. The most time and money you can save will be with the body, interior and paintwork. So what you're looking for is a straight car with original or professional redone paint, a good interior and a shot motor. No rust!!!
