hey there, what do u mean by complied?? is it just out of rego by more then 3months or have u modified the car??

Compliancing a car is usually made in regards to "grey imports"
to meet Australian Standards.

as mentioned, compliancing is usually for imports only, and varies a LOT.
180sx to comply ... about 2500
300zx 2+2 seater... $7k+
and everything in between

I was reading an add for a lexus soarer with intercooler etc etc,
and they said ready to be complianced n all. must be a fresh import or just been heavily modified.

have a complete calculator so you can take the auction price (they have listings) and punch it in and it converts the yen to AUD and all the fees, compliancing etc.. and gives you a final price, I've been pricing up a JZX90 and they have been quite cheap really. about 15-20k should be about right.. 20K being a great one..
