a guy with a *very* similar name to that had a 1969 BOSS 429 Mustang fastback for sale a couple of weeks back for $5500... they are worth $80K plus. I emailed him, and its a total fraud. I let ebay know about it, and they banned him, but its obvious he's signed up with a new account.
I'd say he'd take your deposit and the "shipping fees" and you'd never see the car or your money again.
