If your pump pickup assembly is the same as a jza70 then I know you can fit one of the larger bosch pumps.
The part numbers for these are quite long but the last 3 digits will identify them enough to purchase one.
I suggest prolly an 040 or 019, they are the largest dedicated intake pumps that bosch make, reputed to be good for up to 600 hp, garenteed to be good for 400 +. They will flow nearly 4L a min. at High pressure. $400 or so, shop around !
(keep in mind , most commercial fuel flow/pressure test units are off the scale at 3L/min.)
OR if you need more go the 044 for up to 700 hp, it flows over 4L a min. these are not intank pumps and nominally require a surge tank setup, but I know lots of guys who run them intank with a modified pickup ( easy to do). Bosch quoted me $650. but I have heard they can be had for much less.
Fitment is a 1/2 hour job in a skline, however you need to remove your tank to do the supra, count on at least an hours work.

I may need a bigger pump than that though. Planning on twin turboing my 1UZ, and bigger cams.
I might get mine out, then take it round to ... where? bosch? and ask what can be fitted in same place.
4L should be enough, but if I can get bigger, I will.
Any chance you could help me do the swap?

DOnt pay someone to do it!!!
get it running on the stock pump, then i can help you change it over no probs. I have to do mine soon anyways, we can have a pump changing party.
If you want to go bigger then you would require two pumps and a surge tank setup, which is more complicated and of course more expensive.
I'll tell you now the advice I give any of my friends considering modifying thier car.
Decide NOW how fast you want to go, dont buy parts willy nilly.
Make a plan, which includes the ultimate REASONABLE AND AFFORDABLE goal. And go for it!! dont make compromises though.
Too many times have I heard/seen people putting 700 hp pumps / intercoolers / turbos / you name it, into cars that will never reasonably need that gear, on the off chance that "next year I'll get a $10K tax return, and I Might wanna fit t51r- spl turbo" ..... Like fuck !!! that is no small decision !!!!
I have no doubts of your intention to TT a 1UZ, jsut make sure you cost it out and decide if it is feasable, or affordable or more importantly will the car still be able to perform its duties when its all finished.
Otherwise you could save yourself a lot of cash and fit stuff that is matched to your current requirements.
/rant
sorry I got carried away.

Yeah I know what you mean. I'm a firm believer in finding a Goal first. Then finding how to meet it.
Realistically, I want over 300kW at the wheels. I know the 1UZ can do it, I've just gotta put the work into it.
The guy that will be tuning my car will tell me exactly what my injector's duty cycle is, how well my fuel pump is going etc. Thats a big thing for me, when I find that out I'll be able to match a pump and injectors to it.
Definately will be up for a fuel pump change day. I wanna know what pump I've got in there now, as I'm sure its not stock.

a single 044 will support 300kw at the wheels.
Yous hould take the time to find out what you already have.
an easy way to get an indication is to disconnect the fuel from the injector rail and run the pump for a measured length of time, 20 seconds say, into something u can accurately measure. the longer you measure the pump rate over the more accurate you will be, but an accurate measure that large will be hard to find.
convert the amount of fuel it pumped into a L per min figure. TO suport 300 rwkw you would want at least 3.5 L a min. maybe more.
to make your pump run you may need to disconnect your starter and crank the motor on the key. or just give the pump 12 volts.

Yeah I'll test my current one's flow first. It might be good for it already.
