sorry, i cant quote an accurate flow rate, I know an old issue of ZOOM had an article on it, but i know that if you buy a brand new bosch replacement VL pump, it is the same part number for both the atmo and boosted versions, since its obviously cheaper for them to manufacture one pump that is sufficient for both. This may not be the case with the factory original pumps.
Cheers
Phil

Xe/Xf Multipoint and Vlt/Vl Na are all the same pump, NOW.
Loosecannon, the Vl pump is fine for a 1j with slight mods.
My 1J made noticeably more power with the Vl pump than is does now with a bosch motorsport!! The current pump puts out too much pressure when the fuel regulator closes.
I recommend that you get a bosch motorsport, as you will be running really efficent water to air intercooling and a minimal exhaust.
You'll hit fuel cut because of the exhaust system too.
I have a Excel graph of the 2 pumps compared Pressure vs flow, at home i'll post it up.
Maximum is $180 inc pre filter for Vl pump Maximum is roughly $340. (I paid $320, but i bought 2 of them and some other stuff.)

G'day Pete,
Thank's for the info on the pumps etc,I only got the pump to run the engine when I first fire it up, so I wanted to make sure it was OK, But I'll be running a Paxton Kamakazie 750 HP pump in the next two weeks
Once again thank's
Dave
