i run these rims on my ra28, with low pro's on the fronts.
i had to use 6mm spacers on the front and i used them on the rear too just to even out the track all round.

you only need 16 new nuts
you might need some bolt on spacers for the front OR longer studs and fit a spacer.
fitting a spacer with the stock studs isnt very safe because theyre so short.

I have TRX rims on my ke70 wagon, 195/50/15 dont rub on my struts they are exrteemly close though. Any thing bigger in tyre width will rub, i did have 205/50/15 these rubbed but very little, only when suspension was fully compressed $70 for wheel nuts ? TRX rims are sposed to have a special wheel nut that only nissan made, very $$$. I bought some cheap mag wheel nuts with a fairly good taper on them, they dont hold on by much but its surely enough as ive had no problems with them.

195/50/15 should be fine as thats what i used on my car.
You can get that size for $90 is the cheapest ive seen & about half for retreads.

I used normal mag nuts and added a taper in the lathe.
