Have you considered picking up the phone and calling some windscreen fitters in your area? It's a crazy idea I know...

Windscreens obrien put a new one in my car, ended up a whole $150  that included fitting etc.

Thanks mate, very helpfull... as for calling a windscreen place, i could, but it would be quicker to post it on the net... and besides... it gives people something to do
