what to look for when buying a 4agze rolla

hi,
im thinking about buying this corolla with a 4agze conversion, but im not sure what to look for when it is inspected. i would get a professional to do an on site inspection, but i would like ot know myself aswsell.
does anyone have any advice?
also, who would you reccommend to do the inspection, in melbourne? racv?

had it done for the sr5, had to get a few things for rwc otherwise alright....
