I may be forced to move my car out of the cover of a garage shortly.

What do peoples thoughts on car covers? Are the worthwhile?

The new location has little to no shade. Im concerned about dew forming under the cover etc...I gave supercheap a quick ring and they have covers ranging from $29-$119.

If you are storing it try to remove fairly often as they can sweat after moist weather and leave the car less than impressive to look at. Not to mention what all that moisture will eventually do. And do pay more rather than less.

A cheap one has its uses. For example, my brother puts a $25 cover on his VJ Valiant because the paint is mint and he has to park it under a tree that drops sap all over it. It's back out of the cover as it's driven daily, so no problems with moisture buildup.
