Cams for ST162

I'm guessing my best bet to get my cams (for my 1st Gen 3S-GE) cleaned up would be to send them to Wade Cams...question though...would they have a profile on hand for the 3S-GE cam that would make it a bit 'warmer' so to speak - I know, I know, I'll lose a bit of bottom end, and unless it's all matched up to intake manifold and ports etc etc then cam modifications are crap - but can anyone fault the original cam profile for 1st gen 3S-GEs? If there is a better profile or if anyone knows some resources about where I can work these things out could you let me know? What kind of measurements would I have to take to match up the cam with the rest of the engine? I know a few 'rules of thumb' but I'm not going to toy around with rules of thumb without some research or well-researched opinions on hand.

Oh, one thing - does the fact that the 1st Gen 3S-GE have uneven intake path lengths affect the performance variation across the cylinders or is it a negligible factor?

Hmmm - sounds like a ghey excuse to me, can't see how EFI or ECU would affect their ability to be ground. Tighe Cams make a few cams for the ST162, maybe it's cheaper to get some new ones? Or is re-grinding relatively cheap? I suppose I should make some calls and find out myself ey

Well there's a certain point past which the ECU will no longer work efficiently with the cams selected (given it's desired A/F map) and the ignition timing....anyway...does anyone have answers to the other questions?
Cheers for the price on regrinds btw!
