PERTH: Track day 24/09/04

G'day all,
Just dropping in a note to let all you people know that a few of us will be attending the next WASCC Test and Tune day on the 24th September 2004 (Friday).
Its open to anyone, and its free to watch/spectate. Check with WASCC for day fees for racing (about $110.00 for non-members I recall).
As I don't really frequent the board much anymore, you can email myself or WASCC for more information.
Hope to see a few of you people there!!

Drive your car fast on the track!
For as long as you want between 9 and 4 (with consideration to the other drivers there). But no racing between cars.
Or you can drive around a bit, then get out and watch other people drive round a bit.

Actually, space isn't too bad for test and tune days like this, provided its on a week day after a major local meeting (hopefully). But anything more than 20-odd cars can get quite frustrating especially when everyone decides to go out at the same time!!
Anyways, anyone can come along, to spectate or to have a go. There should be a variety of cars attending, so its always pretty entertaining!

And you've seen the drop off around alot of the track at Collie just waiting to rip off your spoilers, mufflers, fenders, ...?!

Studly--> Richard went well, and he was loving every moment of it... After getting accustomed to the new wheel/tyre combo and the alignment, he was going quite hard. Had a couple of spins, but nothing the vacuum cleaner can't fix! John and Jamie were there as spectators as well. BTW, met your dad at the track!

Hah everyone shows up when I'm not there!!!
Back late October at this stage, be good to sort out the car some more, but first recovering from fucken malaria!!!

sorry to dig up an old thread....
but i was wondering if something like this was going to be happening again? I know the weather is pretty crappy as its comming into winter but maybe there is a chance for a thrash around waneroo before winter sets in...
im just trying to see if there is some intrest in this so if any1 is up for it let thy voice be heard

any ideas of what sort of time frame? Might have to pick up the pace at finishing some things up thats all...and its always good to know before u go to a track so u can start sourcing spare parts

not sure about when exactly the next one will be, will have to ask zack.
i went on track in november last year, then they stopped for a little while. i think there was one recently, but yeah, ill try and find out as i want to go to the next one
