SX Seat Swap - Help

I just located an SX front seat with seat rails at a wrecker, he said the seat cloth is ripped though. Is it possible to change the seat cloth from my CS seats over to the SX seat, or is that not going to happen?
Any ideas on what to do if I can't change the standard cloth? Are they easy to retrim or should I just chuck a seat cover over the top?
Also, whats involved in changing over to the SX seat? Do I have to drill new holes in the floor or something, or is just a swap of the rails?
