could be nafew things
check for power at injectors
both wires will show 12 volts due to feedback from other injectors
u can have spark but no injection because toyota ecus stop injection if engine doesnt start after afew turns to stop flooding
best thing to try is spray aerostart in intake and if it starts its fuel related then check fuel lines pump pressure etc
remove return line and crank engine see if u have good fuel comin back
the crank sig doesnt matter
its just for enrichment
heres how toyota ecus work
if uhave dizzy signal
then u get spark and fuel
if u get spark and not fuel it can sometimes mean that the ecu has turned the injectors off incase u flood the engine
easiest way to check is
start it with aero start
if it runs then its fuel related
which means bad poower to injectors or no fuel pressure or flow
or bad earth for the injector drivers inside the ecu
