looks alright for the money, however it could be like an Apexi AFC or something...
If you get one let me know how it goes and I may go up the same road for the 1G

From what i read on the page it looks like the unit seems to offer a high amount of adjustment of the incomming signals to the ecu, however it would have its limitations, like any interceptor style tunning setup. It would allow you to modify the rev and load points on the maps in the ecu. So you could lean it out, richen it up ect. Though it would have a limit on how far this can be taken, it would not allow you to set your own maps just modify whats already there. For the most part of the performance ppl are chasing if it does that kind of job it would work very well. My thoughts anyway
Cheers Adam

I'm guessing install would simply involve tapping into the signal wire from whatever sensor you want to modify... But tuning might be a little difficult without any other tools like a dyno or wideband EGO sensor or something...

without having seen it (Witzl has.. he's testing them), i would say you'd need to cut the wire... the sensor goes into this circuit, and a different wire gives the altered output.
as i said before, i think the greatest benefit will be for those people who are fitting larger injectors (for more boost etc) so they can 'lean out' (relative to large injector and stock mapping) the lower load area of the map.
if you are too stingy to buy a seperate computer, or too tentative to build your own, this could be a good intermediate step. less obvious than having a wolf handcontroller on the dash too

Well that all depends on what year your car is that makes the use of aftermarket computers legal I missed out by a couple of months

Read this Autospeed article. Julian Edgar is also testing/helped design (I think) these. Looks like just the solution for a 20V converted to RWD, I understand the ECU's have a certain amount of learning ability but would have thought that if you stick a pod and free flowing exhaust on then the ECU mightt not be able to adjust itself that far. Just a guess, I'm gonna get one, can't go wrong for that price really.
Julian.
PS. Looking for a T50 throw out bearing carrier and clutch fork in Brisbane, anyone got one? 0400611917
