TA22, RA23, RA28, RA40.
ANY T series rear end. Look at the chassis plate for reference, and check Toysport website for how to read them.

4.1:1 is the most common on Celicas. 4.3:1 can be found on USA and Japan cars, and its not imposiable to get parts sent over. Some import wreckers in Australia selling the AE86 LSD centers, also have the 4.3:1 pinion and crownwheel still attatched.
Note also, the Toyota 6.7" diff is also used on dwarf race cars in America, so a few places over there sell full spools and different diff ratios for them. Some americans also call this a "10 bolt" center. Over there, the 6.7" diff came in the TE27 SR-5, TE37 SR-5, TE72, AE86 GT-S etc.

That is rumour only. Let me know when you find it. You can order TRD gears in different ratios. The vans I have looked at have a slightly larger E series diff, or something different like that. The HiAce has a G series 8" like the HiLux. Maybe some old 4wd LiteAce has the T series diff, but no one has confirmed this.

Last time I saw a LiteAce 4WD at the wreckers, it had a 4.1:1 F series rear diff and the front diff was something smaller. It might have been a T series, but it would have been a 4.1:1 ratio as well so that's not going to help.
