hello all,
this is my project car that i am currently rebuilding.
i got it for $400 from my nextdoor neighbours sisters boyfriends friend.
its been lowered, 13"/185 watanabay look alikes, 2T celica engine that has had head work, new cams, extractors, 2 1/2" exhaust system, with only one muffler left in the system and a polished rocker cover in its day. its a little bit dirty now but nothing a little bit of elbow grease cant fix. it is currently in pieces as im re-spraying it in a more pure white instead of a creamy white. and fixing all the dents.
please keep in mind that this was when i first got it, it will be looking like it came off the showroom floor when im done

here is a pic i took today.
its almost ready for spraying.
im 15 by the way, and its taken me just under a year to get this far, on and off one day a weekend on average. what do you think of my efforts?

looking good mate i hope your fixing the rust aswell...
and dont forget to treat everything you can against rust as it is a severe killer of all lovely old cars keep up the good work...

I read the title of the thread, then looked at the pics...
I was thinkin I'm goin mad, as I have a ke55s and Its totally
different. But yes, it is a ke50.. I preffer the 55 coupe as it
has some real sexy curves.... You have a nice little project
there mate, work hard, and it will pay off.
