Hi guys

This is a horrible case of deja vu. At a similar stage on my last project I did the same thing and set some lucky bugger up with all the hard yards done. I have simply had a change in priorities after some recent events and have decided to sell up so that someone else can get enjoyment out of the finished product.

This brings me to the item for sale:

Car
1976 Toyota Mark II

Driveline
1JZGTE engine mounted, ECU & loom routed to cabin
No turbos, was going to put a big single on
W58 (Mk3 Supra) 5-speed complete Dellow conversion kit (box fully reco'd also)
OS Giken twin plate clutch & flywheel to suit
Factory Clutch Master Cylinder (fully rebuilt)
Toyota F-Series diff
MA61 Supra LSD to suit which I will give to the buyer if they ask nicely

Brakes
Factory Master Cylinder (fully reconditioned)
Land Cruiser 4-piston Calipers (fully reconditioned)
Upgraded to larger vented & slotted rotors
New front brake lines

Fuel System
Custom Alloy Surge Tank
Bosch 500hp high pressure pump
Petroject Lift Pump
High & low pressure fuel filters

Other
Boost Gauge
CD Player
Speakers
Alarm & Immobilisor
Central Locking
Tinted Windows
Tow bar

Car is otherwise standard - interior is well above average except discoloured carpet. Seats are perfect & undamaged.

Despite the picture below looking really flash, it could use a coat of paint. I was actually going to leave it like this for sleeper value, though.

Make a reasonable offer - can be a little flexible on time taken to make payment if you are tight on money. If not sold I will continue with the project. Alternatively may consider parting out but I would need to tee up sale of a number of the larger items (eg motor) for reasonable prices before going this route. Note that the car is at a guy's workshop getting a rack & pinion conversion, the above price is based on the fact that the car sells before it gets done. If the car does not sell before this is done I will probably not sell the car.

I will castrate the first person who says they would buy it if they had the money.

Best bit of info there!!!

Is the computer a standard unit, and if so, is it originally an auto or manual unit? What was the motor's original fitment? What was the gearbox's original fitment?

The ECU is the factory Toyota one, from an automatic JZZ30 Soarer. The gearbox itself is a W58 from a Mk3 Supra fitted with a complete Dellow JZ conversion kit.

For anyone who is interested but is worried that parts may be hard to come by - I have a whole stash of spares that will go with the car including new brake lights, indicators, etc.

NB I can be contacted on 0418 874 494 by anyone who seriously wants to have a talk about the car. I will ell to an interstate buyer but shipping is at the buyer's cost.

Cheers

Leigh

Essentially this is the car with the motor, gearbox & brake upgrade fitted. Exhaust side currently untouched, and the car needs intercooler, wiring & tailshaft. Probably ideal for someone who is considering doing a project but doesn't want the hassle of dealing with a half cut, etc.

I have a guy that does tailshafts cheap and also a guy that can do the wiring too so I can give you their details.

Aside from that just some minor bits & pieces like putting the headlights back in, running a few rubber hoses etc, and she's right to go.

Ended up in hospital with for minor surgery but now have to stay with family for a few weeks until it's all healed up properly. Can't get MSN to work on mum's computer... I'm on ICQ regularly 25060221.

Cheers

Finish it.
It will be the classiest car you will ever have owned.
You pull chicks from left, right and centre.
Cambelt will be in Queensland in a few days. He'll bash you if you don't.
