I've got one rated at 4x250 bullshit watts, and 4x60 more likely realistic watts.
using it for 6x9's and bridged for a 12' sub.
It's got plenty of power for any speakers (can smoke up my voice coils easily if i crank it too much!) but could do with a little more headroom for all but relatively low powered subs.
but then again, if you're buying a boss amp, you're on a budget, and aren't likely to be using more than a $250 sub anyway!
So basically it's pretty good as far as the cheaper budget amps go.

they're not too bad, but dont completely rely on it. It might say 100000W, but its more like 4x65RMS, the RMS is what u gotta look for.
Which one have you got?

that's exactly what im running.. the 1000w amp cost $200 a couple of months ago, and the 12 inch 800w kenwood sub cost $189 (a few years ago now).
the setup sounds great, expecially for the price.. beats that sony xplod crap.
no probs!

Don't really have high regard in the Car Audio clubs, just bargain them down as much as possible.
Don't pump them too hard, there are stories in CarAudioAustralia of them catching fire etc!
