Wheres the best/cheapest place in Bris for wheel and tyre combos? (NOT CHROME RICE CRAP Evil or Very Mad )
Also need lowering and probably shocks/struts. Any recommendations and ideas on price?

EDIT: What width tyres in a 15" or 16" diameter wheel? 205's?
