Walk into the hardware store, buy duct tape, tape hand brake up, use, remove duct tape, use normally.

use one of those little knobs that you use to fold down the back seats. you gotta cut it down a little and drill the hole sligthly bigger.
unscrew the stock button, remove spring then screw it on and your done

here is a free tip
1. locate handbrake
2. locate button
3. unscrew button, fingers are fine
4. put button in coin/ash/condom/parking ticket holder
5. shake handbrake until spring comes out, put spring in above spot
6. find rear seat
7. find button on rear seat
8. unscrew
9. screw in where button was u may need to use a little force
10. if u need your rear seats then...
11. locate wrecker, grab another button, put in rear seat..
11. then go do a hand brakey....
maaaad! hahaha should take about 2 mins...not including time at wrecker
