Just to correct you slightly...
Average Kilometres is listed between 15,000km to 20,000km , not 25,000km.
Regardless, the overall condition of the vehicle is more important than the odometer once the car is over 10 years / 200,000kms as lots of parts can be replaced/renewed etc...

The vehicle you have selected is too old for a valuation certificate.
The Red Book Valuation certificate currently only covers vehicles up to 10 years old. Vehicles older than this are less effected by Kilometres travelled and are based more on condition.
