im after a pair of front ma61 front struts, thought id ask here saves ringing around. will pay cash or swap for sprinter or ae93 parts.

hi ed hows it going!not in a major hurry and want complete.,brakes etc. was going to just make coilovers and fit 12inch wilwood brakes but havnt got time as im still doing my circuit car. when ever your ready. you can always come for a drive and stay a few nights if you like.

lol id take the rotors of you if its for the same price i get them for! yep i can arrange the coilover kits as a swap.month is fine by me! gives me time to work out what engine i want to throw at the sprinter. was even thinking of maybe a irs rearend using a 200sx setup or wrx. lol but it going to be a daily driver so ill have to keep it sane!lol

Hi Ed,  Dr Ed,
I have some 8" or 10" (I think it is 8") 325lb/in King Springs that are 63mm ID. They are a bit heavy, but will do for a start.
From memory, the King Lows that I have currently fitted are about 220 - 250 lb/in. So with all of the extra turbo weight up front, the 325's probably won't be too far off the mark.

king lows fronts are rising rate 190 - 220 from memory
ideally id be after 300font and 240 rear i think

i can get 51mm one no problem! from memory they are around the $150 complete kit(tube,hat,lockers etc) a side.
ed what offset does the ma61 brake rotors have? just trying to work out if i have any hats lieing about to suit so i can run 12.19 wilwood rotors.

the height of the ma61 rotors is only 26mm...
however, when you bump up the rotor dia enough, you might find that you can increase the height of the rotor as the ID of the inside braking surface of the rotors is now larger, and can 'swallow' the caliper mount a few mm.
for eg, the sti rotors we're running have a total height of 53mm and dont foul anything on the strut at all. fouling stuff like the control arm and ball joints in another matter

actually mick ...
quite seriously, if you want these rotors (brand new never used, tiny bit of finger print surface rust)... make an offer. there not exactly being used sitting here...
ive also got a CAD of a hat to suit (which i drew up ages ago) if youre interested.
