the one i put off, and put off? oh god, its eliz tomorrow isnt it!! good luck buddy!! best wishes to you both. and dave... theres an anethetist on an aircraft flying home one evening. he's sitting up at the back of the plane reading the paper, when a stewardess makes a call over the PA "is there a doctor on the plane? could you please make yourself known to the crew as we are in need of a doctor"... the anesthetist pulls his paper up higher over his head and slinks deep into his chair. a few mins later, the stewardess make another call over the PA "sorry to bother you again, but we are really in need of an anesthetist. if there is an anesthetist onboard the plane, please make yourself known to a crew member"... at which point he begrudgingly raises his hand, and calls over a steward. "oh thank you sir" say the steward, and becons the dr up to the front of the plane, into first class. upon entering the first class section, he is directed towards the passenger in need... ..."ahh excellent" says the orthopod, reclined in his chair, "look, can you adjust that light for me there, and bring my seat up a bit?" What about if the ECG is presented to them upside down? A randomised controlled trial. How do you hide money from an orthopedic surgeon? Put it in the patient's notes. Many many more.
