I have a leak at the end of the gearbox,

is there a a seal in there, (the hole were the tailshaft enters) and if there is, is it hard to replcae on the car and what would they cost?

Hey norbie is this seal called a

rear extension housing cell.??

cause they said they thought this would be the one.

yep... its called the rear extension housing seal... ive already bought the seal and im doing mine this weekend... from what im aware... u unbolt the tail shaft... slide the "yoke" out and the seal is behind that... its a rotational seal
