Andra sport compact rule change.

In short, they have changed the rules so that any model of car that came out with an 8 cylinder engine will not be allowed to race in the sport compact category eg. 2.5L TT soarer is not allowed because it also came out with v8. VL turbos are not allowed, XR6 Turbos are not allowed etc.
