Found this on the tradingpost today.. anyone checked it out yet?
seems cheap for an 88sc
http://www.mg-motors.com.au
under their inventory go to the letter "T" and the aw11 should be there..

i'd pay up to 10g for an aw11 if it was close to perfect
wish i thought of this before i bought mine

I Paid $8500 for mine. There is no doubt that it has had a bash in the front drivers side corner but no panels replaced. That car has "t" tops where mine is a hardtop. Same colour scheme as mine too. the item that was incorrrect when mine was advertises was that it was an '88, wheras it's actually an '86. So far I have spent around $4k on mine doing the suspension and gearbox but aside from that, it's a good, straight car. That one looks pretty good too. I find that a good indication of condition is the fit of the popup headlights. If they dont fit straight in their little bonnet cutaways, it's a good indication of a front ender. Anyway, do the normal chekcs on it, body seams, rust, general paint cond, interior etc and if it's clean and straight that's a pretty good price.
