Spegit shaft bearing replacement

Hey i have a spigot bearing which is blown so all which is lwft is the outer shell how owuld i go about removing it.

i thought you could not use a bearing puller on a bearing which is crushed and only the outer rim is left.

if you are a cheap ass, get a long bolt, grind a slot in it, then drill a hole in something heavy (to make a slide puller) and tap it out slowly, workign your way around the circumference..
or get a bearing puller..
ebay if you can't find a tool shop, but these are very common.
