Very specific question:
How many lobes on the Crank does the Crank Angle Sensor read? Is it 32?

The 1UZFE has 12 teeth on the crank angle sense or engine speed sensor as Toyo call it.

Is there another sensor that tells the computer that its at TDC.
How does the computer know where TDC no 1 firing position?
There are 12 teeth (I checked as well), how does it know which one is TDC?
Is this a Cam Angel Sensor or a Crank Angle Sensor? Its at the bottom of the engine, which I'd assume its off the Crank.

It will have a Sync (Motec) or Cam position sensor (toyota).
Maybe even 2.
JZ series have 2 Cam Pos sensors, why i do not know. The rear most sensor is at TDC cyl 1. The front sensor is 180 deg opposite.

Jamie,
What computer are you running? The standard toyota fires the injectors in pairs, the computer I'm putting on - Delco - fires them all at once, which won't hurt power output over 2,000. But might make it idle a bit differently (not a problem, just different).
Need to find a way for the computer to know TDC. Might grind a few teeth off the crank, down to 4 teeth (from 12). Then get it from that. Can't do it from the cams as they run at half crank speed.
