Best (4 stud) brake upgrade(s) for xA6x celica/Supra?

If I want to stay 4-stud, what's the recommended brake upgrades for an xA6x celica? Planning on getting a Supra rear end for the discs, but it's the fronts I'm more concerned about. Besides Greenstuff pads, any suggestions?

R33 etc. 297mm rotors + calipers. Get the rotors redrilled, or buy them new and undrilled. Mod the hubs as follows:
Longer studs: Magna
Extend the centre so the wheel has something to centre on
Machine the OD of the hub down
MX83 master cylinder
If you know someone with a lathe, this is a damned cheap upgrade, and works well too. If not, PM me

I may have to PM you sometime....
What about the caliper bracket? Or no need in this case? Any idea on estimated cost for your list?

Depends really what you can get the calipers+rotors for, which really depends on the mood of your local importer-dude

80 series landcruiser studs are just a little bit longer again than the magnas. a good alternative if you need them

what year magna?
I'm prolly gonna need some longer studs, whatever route to rims and brakes I end up taking (whichever it is, I'm sure it'll involve lots of dicking around, and much swearing)

TM-TS, basically go to your nearest self serve wrecker and knock the studs out of any box Magna you see

Or buy them from Repco or somwhere like that. Can't remembr how much they are each, but it isn't that much for new ones.

Probably 16", but you might get away with 15's depending on their construction.

You don't lathe down the R33 rotors at all.. Just take a little bit off the HUB so the rotor will fit over it. I've got them on the front of my KE70 with 15s, and they only just fit, and I mean JUST!

Just the size of them, they are around 280mm, yet have a total height similar to the MA61/RA65 discs.

I mean, even BA Falcon rotors are an option, personally I used the R33 ones because they suited what I wanted to do better. However, the BA ones will come closer to letting the calipers bolt straight up, as well as giving more wheel clearance. Also, they're thinner (26mm), plus Falcon's have an enviable(?) reputation for warping front rotors. Suit yourself, really.

On a MX83 strut, the R33 Calipers bolt straight up with BA rotors, and they are 30mm thick.
See what Black Supra comes up with as well.
The landcruiser studs are 8mm longer, and $5 from Toyota, but as others have said, Magna ones for nix (if long enough) are good too.
